Our Story
The story of Shenzhen Heibor Technology Co., Ltd. began with a universal challenge that sparked groundbreaking innovation. Our founders, Jason Yu, a seasoned mechanical designer with a background in quality management and a former General Manager at ADLO Group, and Huabin Zou, a veteran of the metal manufacturing industry since 1994, identified a critical issue in medical blood oxygen monitoring devices.
Traditional stainless steel connectors exhibited higher resistance than ideal, while copper was too soft and prone to oxidation, and gold proved prohibitively expensive. Driven by a passion for precision, they revolutionized the industry by pioneering the use of stainless steel with PVD gold plating.
This same spirit of innovation soon found a new avenue in the smart wearable market. In 2015, recognizing the potential of the Apple Watch, they leveraged precision Metal Injection Molding (MIM) technology to solve compatibility issues and unlock a vast market for high-tolerance connectors and watch bands.
